The Technology Department has a help desk system for all technology related work orders. Access to this system is found in Eduphoria. Once you log on you will find several categories to select from. Select the issue that best reflects the problem you need to report and complete the form. To check on the status of your ticket, you need to login to Eduphoria - HelpDesk. You will receive an auto-generated email once your problem has been resolved.
All employees have access to the district's electronic devices as well as several being issued devices for off premises use. Employees must have a signed Responsible Use Policy form on file before gaining access to the district's devices or network.
