The Sabine Pass HS UIL Academic team will compete at PNG on Saturday (2/14). Students in Sabine Pass will be picked up near the Sr parking lot at 6:15AM and all others need to be at Market Basket by 6:40AM - (the bus will leave at 6:45). The bus should return to Market Basket around 4:30PM.

Reminder: tomorrow, Tuesday February 3rd is Spring Individual and Class Group pictures. Students will not be allowed to wear hats/head coverings during group pictures. QR codes will come home tomorrow with ordering information.

Sabine Pass ISD will reopen tomorrow, Tuesday, January 27, 2026 on our regular operating schedule.
We want to extend our appreciation to the SPISD Maintenance and Operations who worked throughout this winter weather event to ensure our campus is safe, warm, and ready for everyone to return.

The High School UIL Academic Meet planned for this Saturday (1/24) at Nederland HS has been postponed. More information will be shared with students about changes to the tournament schedule next week.
The SP High School UIL Academic Team will travel to Hamshire Fannett to compete tomorrow (1/17). The bus will leave SP from the SR Parking Lot @ 6:15AM and from the Market Basket parking lot @6:45PM. Be sure to arrive before those times. We will return to MB at approx. 4:45PM.
Parents, there was an accident at the offsite construction project. ALL students are safe and secure at SPISD school, and were no way in danger when the accident occurred. We will continue our school day as scheduled. Thank you.

Order forms with payment for UIL Academic shirts are due tomorrow (Tues. 12/9). Forms are available in the front office or on the UIL Academic bulletin board in the upstairs HS hall. They can be turned in to the office or to an Academic coach.
